Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TeachersPride Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality training and services to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of enrollment or refund requests. Therefore, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
• Cancellation requests received after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may waive the cancellation fee upon submission of appropriate documentation.

2. Refund Policy:

• Fee once paid will not be refunded
• Refunds must be requested and supported by written authorization from the student.
• No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the registration is done, under any circumstances except in case of multiple transactions made against the same Application No.
• No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by TeachersPride Private Limited.

3. Transfer Policy

• If you are unable to attend a course for which you have enrolled, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 1 Week prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
• A transfer fee may be applicable, depending on the timing of the transfer request.

4. Non-Attendance

• Failure to attend a course without prior notification will not entitle you to a refund or transfer of enrollment.
• Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation, and you will still be liable for the full course fees.
